Model Overview & Print Notes
Summary Remix of my original Rugged Storage Box with a new snap closure and easy two-finger opening. Check out the video: https://youtu.be/GLi2h6P3wFk and take a look at Version 2 of my waterproof box: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4838803 The cam-latch closure on my original rugged box is still the toughest 3D printed box closure of all, but I know snap closures are convenient too. I made this extra tough snap closure, which will not break because it doesn't rely on layer adhesion. Even if you do somehow manage to break it, the catch can be replaced with a single screw. Features: Snap Closure easy 2-finger opening Extra tough & replaceable catch 8 sizes Parametric Fusion 360 archive STEP file Optional lanyard loop Optional filled body stl - generate your own internal cut-out in Meshmixer If you like it, please hit like!
