Delete data without deleting your account

MakerSpell lets you permanently remove selected account-linked data while keeping your login account and subscription access.

How to delete selected data

1. In the app: open MakerSpell and go to Settings → Privacy & Data → Delete selected data. Choose the categories and confirm. Authenticated deletion starts immediately.
2. Without access to the app: choose the categories below and submit the form with your account email. We may request identity verification. Verified requests are completed within 30 days.

Data retained when the account is kept

• Your authentication account, account email, account identifier, and active MakerSpell subscription entitlement remain so you can continue signing in and using paid features.
• Google Play or App Store transaction records remain under the store's policy. Your subscription is not cancelled.
• Files in your personal Google Drive remain until you delete them from Google Drive.
• This deletion request is kept while it is processed and for up to 90 days after it is resolved or closed, then deleted. Residual database backups may expire within up to 30 days.

Deleting a category is permanent. MakerSpell may create new data in that category when you use the related feature again.
