These are used to keep the  PTFE tubing flat and close together to minimize the are behind the printer, the 25 mm are used closet to the hub or expansion adapter.  helps to maintain a gradual sweep of the tubing to remove any binding or jamming of the filament.  the separators are  used with multiple boxes to help keep the bundled close but still able to maintain some movement.  use the 30 mm as a bundle for the extra tube if running multi boxes The .3MF file contains  different set up depending on how you are running you box, use the .STLs for any extra that you will need PETG seem to be the best if looking for something that can still be easily printed
