Uses 2x M4x14mm bolts and 2x M4 nuts to attach it to the case frame. Works with the AD5M enclosure! Update: I added a heat-set insert version for M4*8*6 inserts, aswell as the mirrored versions so you can mount them on either side of the case. Thanks to the awesome remix of CKAT for the idea! Both PLA and PETG should work fine for the holder. I used 2 screws instead of 1, since it started to come loose and rotate after a while.
