Model Overview & Print Notes
Remix of flioink's amazing samurai-inspired mask #3 (my personal favorite of them all). Teeth and mask are now separate parts to enable multicolor printing: Option 1 : Print separate parts, then use some CA glue to put all pieces together. Option 2 : Print the “Assembly - Multicolor" using a multicolor printer. Option 3: There's also the “Assembly - Monocolor" as a single, solid piece. Printing : I highly recommend using the Tree Supports for both face and teeth. The face can be laid down on the plate, resting on its jaw and chin. For the teeth, try to print it so that the contact point with the supports remains hidden in the final assembly and the layer lines remain perpendicular to the teeth. *You can test your printer capabilities with my QuBenchy - 3D Printing Torture Test Cube: For those wondering about the pictures, I'm using some braided cotton cord with a 5 mm diameter. This is mask #1 of a series of three masks. You can check them out here: Oni Mask #1 Oni Mask #2 Oni Mask #3 Feedback is welcome.
