I have learned a lot from this project and plan to continue supporting it.   ################################################################## Shopping List    Leg attachment hardware - 1/4-20 x 25/32 threaded wood inserts,  Hex Socket Drive 1/4-20 x 19/32" Screw-in Nuts  Threaded inserts for 3d Prints (for assembly) - M3x4x5 mm brass threaded inserts  Screws (for assembly) - M3 x 8 Hex Socket Flat Head Screws  Leg Feet (Optional but recommended) - Any feet will work as long as they are .7 inches or smaller Mag Safe Charger (Optional) - Should work with any mag safe charger.  Designed around IKEA  7 7/8" BERGSHULT Shelf  choose between 47 inch or 31 inch. Felt, sold at any hobby store/arts crafts isle. (Optional Upgrade) ################################################################## Required Tools Drill, with 3/8ths drill bit. Soldering Iron Allen Wrench set Double Sided Tape  ################################################################## Print and Part List For Example in first Picture : Google Sheet Will add more examples and builds in future, feel free to share yours! i can add them to this list.  ################################################################## Printing Details Fuzzy Skin (Optional) Infill - For Legs and Shelf Supports, 10% infill; For everything else 15% minimum infill recommended  Filament- Printed with Black Creality PLA. Note: PETG might be a better option for some of the accessories but no issues so far with PLA Supports - Parts were designed to require minimal supports, orient them with flattest part touching build plate and enable supports everywhere. Assembly Instructions/Tips Legs Print Jigs to help with mounting hole alignment. Tip: use double sided tape to fix on to surface, Use jigs with Left Right Labels facing the edge that will be facing you when on the desk.  Example of Jig usage-    Use 3/8ths drill bit to drill holes for Wood inserts.  Use Soldering iron to press threaded inserts into legs for mounting (this is optional if you do not plan on using DrawerTrays) Use Hex Socket Drive 1/4-20 x 19/32" Screw-in Nuts  to attach legs to Ikea wood Shelf Attach the drawer rails using flathead head hex screws Bottom Mounted Shelves   The bottom mounted small shelves are friction assembled. Tip: The shelf part is keyed so make sure its aligned before adding pressure. Use the "RazMade Table_Shelf Jig" to place the mounting holes Recommended: You may run into issues with tolerances and the friction fit, Highly recommend considering this Remix for the shelves that use screws for assembling this piece.  Peripheral Accessories( Stream Deck/Phone Mount) Use "Leg Jig_LeftRight" to drill 1 hole for mounting accessories, use the hole that is closest to the edge of the IKEA shelf that will be facing you.  Place threaded wood insert in hole attach Peripheral Mounts using Hex Socket Drive 1/4-20 x 19/32" Screw-in Nuts (Washer Optional) Desk Tray Push threaded inserts into “Desk Tray_TraySide_L” and "Desk Tray_TraySide_R" Screw TraySide into place Tip: If you plan on lining tray with felt, use double sided tape to attach it before putting on the tray sides. Note I have created some solid versions of models which would normally require threaded inserts and assembly, the versions required assembly were designed to print faster with less supports.  ################################################################## Size Options Drawers - have two different size options, make sure you print the matching rails.  Legs - have to different size options as well, 95mm and 115mm. Measure the space under your monitor to help decide which to pick. Shelves - two different width options for the small undermounted shelves 137mm and 157mm. make sure you use the appropriate jig for the mounting holes.  Phone Mount - two different sizes 40 and 65mm for different sized phones or tablets.  ################################################################## Thanks for Reading! - If you have any questions on assembly please feel free to leave a comment, or if you have any requests for new modules or attachments.  ################################################################## ***Updates*** Headphone Mount added 08.16.24    ################################################################## Macropad Mount  added 08.23.24   -Macropad files and instructions are here - Ali Express Macro Pad with Knob Case Recommend you buy this 90 degree USB C adapter to help with cable management   ################################################################## Laptop Dock added 09.23.24 -Added two different sizes 20mm and 25mm, recommended for smaller lighter laptops. -For mounting, you can use the screw holes to mark the spot, on the shelf and drill or use a leg jig as the spacing for the mounting hardware is the same as the legs.  -Recommended: add felt to bottom and wall of dock using double sided tape to reduce friction.   ################################################################## Support For extra drawers added 09.29.24 -added a new version of legs with extra mounting holes for rails this will allow adding 3 small drawers or 1 small and one large as shown below.   ################################################################## Updated Stream Deck Mount,  10.06.24 new version removes the bottom lip, purely for aesthetic purposes ################################################################## Apple Watch Charger Mount Added, 10.08.24 added apple watch charging stand as requested, i am unable to test it at the moment as i do not have an apple watch, double sided tape is required to attach Charger to the mount.  ################################################################## Added Center Support for drawers, 10.12.24 Center support for using multiple drawers in a horizontal Configuration(Pictured Below) Fixed issue with hole spacing on legs and drawer supports, 10.12.24 Mounting holes were .5 MM off center, updated legs and drill templates to be centered.  ################################################################## Added Larger Headphone Mount for bigger Headphones   ################################################################## More Leg Options! 11.05.24 Added deeper legs for people using the 11 1/14 inch Ikea Shelf: this will eliminate the need to print an extra leg for rear support and improve aesthetics. These legs are quite long and will only fit on Prusa Mk3s and bigger if printed diagonally, I'm working on a version that can be printed in multiple pieces.  Added Legs with cutouts, this is to help reduce print cost and time, also different look from the original. ################################################################## Drawer and Tray Update! 02.13.25 New larger shelves, compatible with desk trays  Example of hanging large shelf   Small Medium and large Desk trays, reworked to fit on shelves as an option, added a notch to make them easier to pull out   Example of tray config ################################################################## Device Holder, Speakers Stands! 02.17.25 added new design for Steamdeck type device holder, it also works for laptops and notebooks.   Device Holder Variation that doubles as a leg Speaker Stand, with a few variations, i created a separate page with instructions and more details please visit here    ################################################################## Cable Management! 03.20.25 a simple cable routing clip that fits in standard mounting hole.     ################################################################## Legs Legs Legs! 04.30.25 Some new designs for legs which i am in the process of testing, added more rounded designs and legs with bigger cutouts to save on material       SYMETRY 11.24.25  Made all the legs symmetrical so that there is no left or right versions, this will help keep the part count down and hopefully make it easier to know what to print, also updated some of the accessories and added a new microphone mount.
