Model Overview & Print Notes

Bij de kinderen zag ik deze vrachtauto liggen en dacht…..3D printer. Alle onderdelen worden apart afgedrukt. Ik ga ze lijmen, maar er zijn in de boven en onderplaat ook verstevigingen aan gebracht om er kleine  vijsjes in te draaien. Ook in het onderblok. Op de foto's kan je zien dat de pin op de trekker en het gat in de oplegger redelijk dun is(6mm). Ik heb dat veranderd in de file's die je kan downloaden. Het gat is nu 16mm en de pin is nu 15mm. De as heb ik gemaak van een lasbaget om met de sjalamo te lassen van 3.6mm. Alles is afgerukt zonder ondersteuning.  De foto's van de kamion en onderblok zien er anders uit dan de afdruk files, om dat ik nog wat aanpassingen heb gedaan tijdens de ontwikkeling en het afdrukken.  Veel speelplezier. I saw this truck with the children and thought... 3D printer. All parts are printed separately. I'm going to glue them, but reinforcements have also been added to the top and bottom plate to allow small screws to be screwed in. Also in the bottom block. In the photos you can see that the pin on the tractor and the hole in the trailer is fairly thin (6mm). I have changed the files that you can download. The hole is now 16mm and the pin is now 15mm. I made the axle from a welding baget to weld with the 3.6mm shalamo. Everything was torn off without support. The photos of the camion and bottom block look different from the print files, because I made some adjustments during development and printing.   Lots of fun. regards Ludo Groeten Ludo
