Galaxy S22+ Phone Model and test case

Model Overview & Print Notes

Samsung Galaxy S22+ modeled using Fusion 360. Measurements taken using precision fillet gage and measurements from technical drawing.  Phone cases are nice, but having an accurate phone model is better! Providing both fusion and .stl files.  Disclaimer : Phone case model is not designed for functional use / impact protection…only a quick way to benchmark phone model and fit-up on your printer. Please don't use the provided phone case to try and protect your phone. For the test case in the photos… Printer: Ender 3 S1 Pro 0.4mm Nozzle Layer height / quality : 0.2mm Supports Necessary : No Filament brand: Overture Filament color: Clear/Colored Filament material : PETG / PLA Notes: Sliced in Cura 5.1.1 200C Hot-end / 60C Bed for PLA 230C Hot-end / 80C Bed for PETG Generic 0.4mm nozzle settings without supports to print the test case, nothing fancy. The print in the picture was done using clear PETG, but PLA worked just as well without needing any further tweaks.
