AOS UL5 Drone Parts

Model Overview & Print Notes

A collection of parts for an AOS UL5 build. The separate parts are drone feet, support for a dual antenna (e.g. DJI O4 Pro), caddy for buzzer and XT60 plug, and a front GPS mount. Note that the frame design calls for a XT60 plug where I wanted to mount the GPS. The feet are held by the M2 motor mounting screws. I sized the holes to allow for a 5mm washer on the screws to get a stronger hold on the motor. The parts were printed in TPU on a Core One using the Prusa Slicer Sainsmart TPU filament setting. Always completely dry TPU for best results. The Fusion 360 design file is included if you want to modify these parts for your specific situation. The parts would be compatible with other drones with a 32mm rear standoff separation and a standoff length of at least 20mm.
