  This model is an entirely 3D-Printed version of my Woodworking Square . I'll keep it short and sweet… This square rocks. It is affordable, easy to print, literally snaps together, but most importantly it looks and works great. Hardware Requirements: None! Literally NO metal hardware. This baby is 100% 3D-Printed! Print Settings: Layer Height: 0.16 (I kept it short to improve resolution of the final product) Walls: 2 Infill: 10-15% Honeycomb Supports: Yes. I used Normal Supports as needed (see images for more info) Brim: Nope! Assembly: After removing supports, make sure your Spring Pin slides into the Bottom   Add the Spring Pin              It should now look like this, so add the seven (7) Connectors into their respective holes using the Connector Push Key   Add the Ruler, then press on the Top. Get ready to hear many satisfying “Clicks!”      Now that it's mostly secure, flip the Square over and twist in the three (3) printed Screws You are now ready to go smack someone on the side of the head with your new tool!
