Gymnastics Wedge for Stretching – Printable in Two Parts

Check out my newly designed add on, which adds 9 additional degrees to the wedge! :) Design & Features 18-Degree Angle Two-Part Assembly : Designed to be printed in two pieces and easily snapped together without glue, ensuring compatibility with smaller print beds. Textured Surface : The wedge features a grooved surface for enhanced grip and stability during use. Highly Sturdy: The wedge is designed to be extremely stable and durable, ensuring reliable support during exercises. Dimensions: 31 cm (L) × 10.1 cm (H) × 15 cm (W) Print Settings & Recommendations Base Profile : PrusaSlicer 0.25 mm Structural Preset , adjusted to 0.3 mm layer height . Perimeters : 5 perimeters used, but 4 or even 3 perimeters should be sufficient. Infill : 17.5% adaptive cubic infill for a solid yet efficient structure. Brim : Initially printed without a brim, but I recommend a 10 mm brim for both parts to avoid warping, especially for open printers. Print Time & Material : On a Prusa MK4S , the wedge prints in a little over 24 hours and requires approximately 780 g of PETG filament . Cost & Value Using a budget PETG filament, printing this wedge is still more affordable than buying a commercial alternative on Amazon . The included G-code & 3mf already feature the improvements I would implement in my next print. I’d love to see your prints and hear your feedback! 😊
