Rubber Rattling Noise Remover This custom-designed rubber part is engineered to eliminate rattling noises caused by loose or moving machine components. The part is printed with precision, using a 0.2mm nozzle, a 0.16mm first layer, and 0.12mm layer heights for optimal fit and performance. For this print, NINJATEK CHEETAH TPU was used, a high-performance flexible filament with a Shore hardness of 95A. It prints at speeds over 60 mm/s using standard ABS settings and offers 84% higher impact resistance, 40% more abrasion resistance than ABS, and 580% elongation to prevent wear and tear, making it ideal for demanding applications. While NINJATEK CHEETAH TPU is featured here, the design works just as well with other TPU filaments. This part is compatible with both the Bambu Lab A1 and its smaller counterpart, the A1 Mini, ensuring noise reduction and enhanced durability for both machines. About the Creator As someone new to the world of 3D printing, I’ve recently taken the exciting step of designing my very first public model! This project was born out of a personal need to solve a rattling noise issue in my machine, and I’m thrilled to share it with others who may be facing the same problem.
