Use responsibly. 🌪️ Thunderstorm Gale4: The 4-Tone Venturi Whistle That Shakes the Walls! 🌪️ Let me introduce the Gale4 , a high-performance whistle designed not just to be 3D printed, but to be heard . This is not your average display figurine: it is a concentrated piece of acoustic engineering built to generate a brutal, unmistakable sound. This new addition to the Thunderstorm family takes the engineering of previous models and pushes it beyond the limit. The new oval chambers and widened labium allow the Gale4 to be extremely modular , it sounds like a little bird when blown gently and turns into thunder when blown with force, eliminating the issue of previous models that required large amounts of air. But it does not stop there, the oval chambers can hold more air than classic round chambers so the sound will not get saturated now, the harder you blow, the louder the sound produced, no more limits! 😉⚡   What Makes the Gale4 Unique? ✅ The Science of Sound: Built-in Venturi Effect! The design of the Gale4 is not random. The internal geometry uses the physical principle of the Venturi Effect to accelerate the air flow to the extreme before it hits the acoustic lips. The result? Massive sound pressure and a simply excessive volume for its size. And the best part is it does not get saturated, the harder you blow, the more deafening it gets. ✅ Powerful Harmony with 4 Distant Tones Unlike standard single-tone or close dual-tone whistles, the Gale4 has four air chambers tuned to four separate frequencies. This creates a rich, dissonant, piercing sound that is impossible to ignore even in noisy environments, outdoors or in emergency situations. It is a true acoustic "wall of sound". ✅ Optimized for 3D Printing (No-Support!) Designed with makers in mind. The geometry is engineered to print perfectly without any support, cutting print time and material waste. 🖨️ Printing Tips (Print Settings) Material: Recommended high-strength PLA or PETG/ABS for better outdoor durability. (PETG tends to produce a slightly "softer" sound but is more durable). Layer Height: 0.2mm or 0.16mm for maximum precision of internal channels. Walls/Perimeters: At least 3 (to ensure perfect air tightness in the chambers). Infill: 15-20% Gyroid or Grid. Supports: NO. Orientation: Print vertically, resting on the flat base (the one with the four inlet holes).
