180 mm Warping & Shrinkage Test

Model Overview & Print Notes

This calibration model is designed to evaluate material shrinkage , bed adhesion , and warping during FDM 3D printing.   With a length of 180 mm and a height of 100 mm , it provides a larger test area than most standard calibration models, making it easier to identify adhesion problems and dimensional changes across the print.   Reference markers are placed every 10 mm , allowing for quick visual inspection and accurate measurement of shrinkage or deformation.
