The file can be downloaded from the platform, but simply downloading it only allows personal use and does not authorize the sale of printed objects . Individual sale of the digital file is not permitted. In order to commercialize physical prints you must have an active commercial subscription . Without an active subscription, it is not allowed to sell, distribute or use the objects obtained from this model for commercial purposes. The commercial license remains valid only for the duration of the subscription and in compliance with its terms and conditions. The digital file, the 3D model and all related rights remain our property. Even with an active commercial subscription, it is not allowed: sell or resell the digital file; share or distribute the file; publish it on other platforms; give it away for free to third parties; include it in digital collections or packs; modify the file and then resell or redistribute it. The license only concerns the production and sale of 3D printed physical objects .   ELEPHANT – Montessori style 3D Puzzle A cute 3D puzzle designed to combine play, creativity and fine motor skills . The model consists of separate pieces that slot together simply and intuitively. Once assembled, it stands on its own and can be used both as a small educational game and as decoration for bedrooms, schools, nurseries, creative workshops or spaces dedicated to children. The structure is designed to promote: hand-eye coordination; shape recognition; concentration skills; fine motor skills and problem solving; creativity in choosing colors. Customizable colors Each component can be printed in the desired color. The model can be made: completely single-colored; in a two-tone version; with a different color for each piece; using custom combinations. This way, each print can become unique and easily match bedrooms, collections or gift ideas. Scalable model The project can be enlarged or reduced according to your needs, available space and intended use. Increasing the size results in a larger, more durable and eye-catching model. Reducing the scale makes the print more compact and faster. When changing the scale, it is recommended to carefully check: the slot tolerances; minimum thickness of the pieces; solidity of the thinner parts; any presence of small parts; stability of the assembled model. Customizable settings The infill value can be increased to make components stronger and more durable, especially when the puzzle is used frequently. Lower infill instead allows you to reduce print times, weight and material consumption. Actual times depend on the size, printer, material, layer height, speed, number of walls, infill and other settings used. Recommended material For good aesthetic quality and easy printing, it is recommended to use PLA . A textured build plate can give the front surface a uniform, pleasant-to-touch and professional-looking finish. The model can be downloaded and printed for personal use. To produce and sell physical objects made from this project you must have an active commercial subscription . When the subscription is inactive, expires or is canceled, you are no longer allowed to produce new objects for sale or continue to commercialize the model, unless different terms are expressly stated in the license. The commercial license: allows the sale of printed physical objects; does not transfer ownership of the digital file; does not allow resale or distribution of the file; does not authorize publication of the model on other platforms; does not allow granting the file or license to third parties.   Important notes for those who print and sell the product Anyone who makes and commercializes the physical object is responsible for the choice of materials, print settings, final quality, durability, safety and suitability of the product for its intended use. Models intended for children must only be printed using PLA declared non-toxic by the manufacturer , from reliable suppliers and compliant with the applicable regulations in the country where the object will be marketed. Before sale, each object must be carefully checked to verify that: it is durable and correctly assembled; it has no sharp edges; it contains no fragile or easily detachable parts; it has no print defects; it is suitable for the stated age group; it complies with the safety, labeling and traceability obligations required by applicable regulations. We only provide the digital file and, through subscription, the related commercial license for printing and selling physical objects . We do not produce, check or certify the objects printed and marketed by third parties. The quality and safety of the final product depend on the printer, material, settings used, equipment maintenance and checks carried out by the seller. Any certifications, laboratory tests, markings, declarations of conformity, warnings, insurance and authorizations required for commercialization must be requested, obtained and managed directly by those who produce and sell the physical object. We are not liable for any damage, accidents, defects or problems arising from: unsuitable or insufficient quality materials; print errors or defects; incorrect settings; modifications made to the model; excessive resizing; incorrect assembly; fragile, sharp or easily detachable parts; improper or non-compliant use of the product. These limitations apply within the limits permitted by applicable law. Adult supervision is always recommended during use by young children.
