Surprisingly calming, this little sphere turns tactile intensity into pure therapeutic calm.   Grip it in your hand; Roll it under your foot; Press and release anywhere on your body; Each experience delivers a grounding, almost meditative stimulus that quietly dissolves stress and sharpens focus.   No supports, easy to assemble, no glue required (but can be glued).
