Adjustable Router Frame – Modular, Precise, Versatile This adjustable router frame is a modular system made of four identical 3D-printed ruler segments, designed for precise routing of rectangular or square cutouts. Thanks to the integrated measurement scales, dimensions can be set quickly and accurately. The modules are connected with a clever twist-lock system, creating a stable, infinitely adjustable frame. The connector element is slid into the end of the ruler. The twist-knob is turned to secure the connection. Connecting four segments into a frame: Prepared modules are connected at the corners. The twist-locks are tightened to keep the frame stable. The frame size can be adjusted continuously without losing stability.
