A cable clip that prints fully assembled: the lid turns on a captured pin hinge and closes with a snap latch, so the cable can be added or removed without unscrewing. - Three sizes: 4 mm, 6 mm and 8 mm cable diameter (channel has 250 microns extra radius). - Lid is a solid curved cover that wraps the cable channel when closed. - Mounting: countersunk hole (90 degree countersink, 7 mm head) for a 3,5 mm wood screw in the channel floor, or use the flat 10 mm wide bottom with a double-sided adhesive pad. - Hinge and latch gaps are 400 microns for print-in-place. Status: CONCEPT, NOT PRINT-TESTED. Hinge clearance and latch force are unverified; break the hinge free gently after printing. Designed by Anton Klitin, CAD engineer (CadQuery, FreeCAD).
