3D printable side wind deflector compatible with V-Strom 800DE 2023–2025. This is a custom aftermarket accessory designed and tested on a real motorcycle. It is designed to fit around the front turn signal area and add a sharper adventure-style appearance to the front side of the bike. The download includes left and right side parts. Recommended materials: ASA or ABS. These materials are more suitable for outdoor use, sunlight and heat compared to PLA. PLA is not recommended for this part. This is not an official Suzuki product. Suzuki and V-Strom names are used only to describe compatibility. This design is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Suzuki. Use at your own risk. Check the fitment, strength and mounting carefully before riding. ## 3D Printing Settings Recommended material: ASA or ABS PLA is not recommended for outdoor motorcycle use. Layer height: 0.20 mm Nozzle: 0.4 mm Wall count: 4 walls Infill: 35–40% Top/Bottom layers: 5–6 Supports: Depending on print orientation Recommended color: Black Post-processing: Light sanding can be applied if needed. Before riding, check that the part is securely mounted and does not touch the turn signal, windshield, fairing or moving parts.
