HUNK Gas Mask from Residual Evil 2, designed for cosplay and 3D printing. (ONLY MASK, NO HELMET INCLUDED) Digital files only. No physical parts, lenses, straps or hardware are included. The mask is designed to use the least amount of support material as possible. For cosplay and display purposes only. This is not a functional respirator or protective mask. ## 3D Printing Settings Designed for FDM 3D printing. Recommended material: PETG or ABS Layer height: 0.2 mm Supports: Required depending on the part and print orientation Infill: 10-15% Exact settings will depend on your printer, nozzle size and desired level of detail. For the best cosplay finish, sand the printed parts, apply filler primer where needed, then paint. Assembly The mask requires: x2 transparent lenses — 80 × 2 mm 20 mm wide webbing/straps 5-point rear harness (3D model included) x6 M4 × 8 mm screws or silicone adhesive for the lens holders Silicone adhesive is currently the recommended method for securing the lens holders.
