Scale Information The model is designed at HO 1/87 scale and should be printed at 100% size. For other scales, apply the following uniform scaling percentages: 1/87 scale — 100% 1/72 scale — 120.8% 1/64 scale — 135.9% 1/48 scale — 181.3% 1/35 scale — 248.6% Scale all parts by the same percentage to preserve correct fit and proportions. Very small components may require additional adjustment depending on the selected scale, printer resolution, nozzle diameter and printing material. This version represents the Oshkosh MKR18 LVSR LHS 10x10 logistics configuration and includes the distinctive armored cab, 10x10 chassis, Load Handling System, container support structure, removable ISO container, wheels, fuel tanks, mirrors, lights, mud flaps, towing equipment and other main exterior features associated with the vehicle. For best results, use a high-resolution resin printer with a fine layer height and carefully positioned supports around small exterior details, underbody components and thin structural elements. The model can also be printed with FDM printers, but very small details may require a fine nozzle, low layer height and additional adjustment depending on the printer and material used. Major components are supplied separately to allow easier print orientation, cleaner surfaces and practical assembly. Recommended printing guidelines: Resin printing is recommended for maximum detail. Use a fine layer height for small-scale exterior details. Orient larger parts to reduce visible support marks on exterior surfaces. Use additional supports for mirrors, thin frame elements and other delicate components when necessary. Print wheels and smaller parts separately for easier cleanup and assembly. Test-fit all components before final gluing. Light sanding or minor cleanup may be required depending on printer calibration and support placement. For other scales, apply uniform scaling to all parts to preserve correct fit and proportions. The ISO container and load-handling components are supplied as separate parts, allowing the model to be assembled and displayed in different configurations. Print settings, support density and orientation may vary depending on printer type, resin, nozzle size and selected scale.
