The archive includes two different eye system options: -Standard eye inserts for lenses or mesh -Illuminated diffuser eye inserts The diffuser eye inserts are available in two versions: -Compatible with 3 mm LEDs -Compatible with LED strips (up to 10mm wide) Size & Fit: -Fits head circumference up to 58 cm (22.8in) -Head width up to 15.5 cm (6in ) -Wall thickness: 3 mm (0.12 in) If you need a different size, please contact me and I will give you recommendations on scaling for your specific head size. Adjust them based on your printer and material. General Settings (quality-oriented): Layer height: 0.12–0.2 mm Wall/perimeter count: 3–4 Infill: 10–15% (gyroid or cubic recommended) Top/Bottom layers: 4–6 Print speed: 40–60 mm/s Nozzle: 0.4 mm Materials: PLA - easiest to print, good for display PETG - more durable and heat-resistant (recommended for wearable use) Supports: -Required for most parts -Use supports “from build plate only” where possible to simplify cleanup Diffusers: For the diffuser eye modules, use transparent or semi-transparent filament to achieve proper light diffusion.
