Nightflowers bloom at night. They absorb sunlight during the day and give off light at night. Nightflowers are 70mm in diameter and require a solar cell. Files for accessories are included to provide a number of options for mounting nightflowers. See the accompanying images for a catalog of the included accessories. Nightflowers are attached to the solar cell with a twist lock motion. The solar cell contains an LED bulb, a AAA rechargeable battery, control electronics, and an on-off switch. The LED will turn on when it is dark and turn off when it is light. The automatic on-off feature of the LED can be over-ridden by the switch. The solar cell is not included and is obtained from other sources. See a list of retail sources in the accompanying images. Use standard, translucent, or clear PLA.
