Model Overview & Print Notes

This is my another one design of futuristic dog mask . The mask will fit a head 15.5 to 16.5cm wide. The wall thickness of the model is 3mm. Ready for printing by parts, includes obj, stl. Attention! Some files should be printed in 2 copies. The second part must be mirrored during slicing. If you want to make glowing eyes i suggest using transparent filament to print diffusers. As a light source, you can use 4-5pcs 3mm LEDs. To install them in the diffuser, you will need to drill the number of holes you need in the diffuser. Or you can write to me and I will make the required number of holes for you. For a better glowing effect of diffusers, you can cast clear plastic or resin diffusers. This module is based on the eye module from EvoDog v1 mask. UPD 6 JAN 24: The "eye module v2.zip" archive has been updated. small bugs fixed. ## 3D Printing Settings These settings are recommended as a baseline for achieving good print quality. Adjust them based on your printer and material. General Settings (quality-oriented): Layer height: 0.12–0.2 mm Wall/perimeter count: 3–4 Infill: 10–15% (gyroid or cubic recommended) Top/Bottom layers: 4–6 Print speed: 40–60 mm/s Nozzle: 0.4 mm Materials: PLA - easiest to print, good for display PETG - more durable and heat-resistant (recommended for wearable use) Supports: -Required for most parts -Use supports “from build plate only” where possible to simplify cleanup Diffusers: For the diffuser eye modules, use transparent or semi-transparent filament (or resin) to achieve proper light diffusion.
