EVO SNAKE - futuristic cosplay mask A stylized futuristic snake mask, created as a unique original design and optimized for 3D printing. This model is available as open-price so you can evaluate the quality of my work before purchasing my premium designs. Please keep this in mind ---------------------------- Size & Fit: -Fits head circumference up to 62 cm (24.4 in) -Head width up to 16.5 cm (6.5 in ) -Wall thickness: 3 mm (0.12 in) Comfort: -The design includes multiple ventilation holes to improve airflow and make long-term wear more comfortable. -It is recommended to add soft padding (4–7 mm thick), such as EVA foam, in the forehead and cheek areas for better fit and extended wearing comfort Future updates: This project is designed as a growing modular system and may receive additional variations and improvements in the future. Adjust them based on your printer and material. General Settings (quality-oriented): Layer height: 0.12–0.2 mm Wall/perimeter count: 3–4 Infill: 10–15% (gyroid or cubic recommended) Top/Bottom layers: 4–6 Print speed: 40–60 mm/s Nozzle: 0.4 mm Materials: PLA - easiest to print, good for display PETG - more durable and heat-resistant (recommended for wearable use) Supports: -Required for most parts -Use supports “from build plate only” where possible to simplify cleanup Diffusers: For the diffuser eye modules, use transparent or semi-transparent filament to achieve proper light diffusion.
