Model Overview & Print Notes
This junction box is specially designed for sheathed cables of a heating circuit distributor in an underfloor heating system. It is ideal for surface screw mounting on the wall or ceiling, ideally near the actuators for the individual heating circuits. The cover can be easily fastened with screws, while terminal mounting is done by intuitive snap-in. Labelling strips for the individual conductors can be easily stuck on. The junction box provides space for Wago terminals, which snap in securely and can be easily released again if required. Thanks to the Wago Compact terminals for 2, 3 or 4 conductors, for which the box is compatible, cables with a cross-section of 0.14 to 4 mm² can be connected. This enables simple, fast and safe connection of up to 50 conductors. The structured arrangement and fixing of the cables on one level and the clearly visible labelling of each terminal point ensure clarity and order. The junction box measures 20 cm (L) x 20 cm (W) x 5.5 cm (H). With the two wall brackets, the width is 28 cm. The three conductors of the mains plug (live conductor, neutral conductor and earthing) can be connected to three different terminals in the centre of the box and distributed from there to the left, right and top. A wiring example is shown below: All earthing cables of the room thermostats and servomotors of the heating circuits are wired together on a busbar on the right-hand side. On the left-hand side, the neutral conductors of the servomotors are connected to the corresponding neutral conductors of the room thermostats via Wago terminals. Finally, in the upper area, there is space to connect the current-carrying conductors to each other on a busbar and thus enable the room thermostats to regulate the current at the servomotors for opening or closing the respective heating circuit valve via the corresponding control unit. In total, the box consists of 5 parts: the box itself, which also provides the holders for the various Wago terminals, a cover, two identical holders with which the box can be mounted on the wall and a holder for the cables. ## 3D Printing Settings 1,75 mm PLA 32% infill 195 °C printing temperature
