Model Overview & Print Notes
Functional enclosure for the 38-pin ESP32 DevKit (tested with DOIT ESP-WROOM-32D N4). Designed to keep your board permanently mounted on your desk with no loose cables, easy USB-C access, and onboard LEDs visible through the top vents. Features: - Fits standard 38-pin ESP32 DevKit boards (38mm × 26mm, USB centered on the short side). - Side USB access — no need to disassemble. - Two side-accessible holes for buttons, useful for BOOT/RESET or user input. - Top slots for LED visibility and passive ventilation. - Screw-on bottom lid for quick hardware access. - Raised feet leave room for cables/sensors underneath. - Retro pixel-cube desk aesthetic. 100% original design. Printed and tested on a Bambu Lab X1C in PLA. Designed to print support-free on most parts. Limitations: - Built specifically for the 38-pin ESP32 DevKit. Does NOT fit 30-pin NodeMCU, ESP32-S3, or boards with USB on the long side. ## 3D Printing Settings Printer: FDM (tested on Bambu Lab X1C, works on any 200×200mm+ FDM) Material: PLA (recommended) Nozzle: 0.4mm Layer height: 0.2mm Infill: I'd suggest 8% gyroid Supports: only arms Walls/perimeters: 2 Top/Bottom layers: 4 Speed: Bambu Studio standard profile
