s50 itb kit for the m42 i have this installed on my own car, works fine. i used all thread for locating pins / reinforcements in the joints. i epoxyied them in and epoxied the parts together. size of print fits on bambulab a1,p1,x1 etc. made preferably from nylon cf. i made it from both pa6 and pa12 cf from fiberon. you still need to make a bracket for the throttle cable. i have an adapter for tps if your s50 throttle bodies donbt have one. ill include the file so you can use it if you needed as i did. i didnt have the two throttlebodies wich the oem tps is bolted to. the photos are from early stages installing. the oem fuel rail can be used but needs to be modified. if you need any help, reach out intstagram: e30_bakke or leave a comment. watch jerseytim100 on youtube to install ITB. i did same way, without welding, only big washers and it seems fine. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=j7FKQ2sWOeg&ab_channel=jerseytim100 if price is to much to ask for, reach out to me aswell :) update log: 0.7.07.2025 - added front half plenum with hole and strenghtening for a 18mm 90 degree fitting for idle air control valve. this fitting is mounted on the stock intake and can be taken from there. ## 3D Printing Settings 3d print nylon pa cf. support on the plenum, used tree. 999walls. no infill.
