AAP-01 Carbine Kit Key Features: Increases energy output by 0.2J due to a tight barrel. Printing orientation photo included. Total weight: ~300g. Three stock designs: Hex, Squared, and Plain. No supports needed for Picatinny rails and handguard. Installation Guide: Remove the barrel and sight from the slide. Insert the slide into the main body. Install the replacement barrel. Assemble the barrel back into the slide. Mount the original sight. Attach any accessories. Required Hardware: 3× M3x27 hex screws 1× M6x30 hex screw + nut 3× M3x10 hex screws (for stock & optional top mount on main body) 1× M5 nut + buffer tube screw 1× M5x10 receiver screw 02.04.2025 Update – Fully Printable Version 2 Stock: Choose between nut-inserted or nut-free versions. Both are strong. For the nut-inserted version, pause print at 181.2mm (0.2mm height) to insert nuts. Print vertically for best looks. TPU recommended for the stock pad. Additional Hardware for V2 Stock: 1× M4 nut (or 3× for bolt-inserted version) 1× M4x30 sunk screw (Picatinny stock holder) 2× M4x30 screws (for stock attachment) 2× M4x20 screws (for pad attachment) ## 3D Printing Settings Every printer has different tolerances, so minor filing may be needed. Personally, I didn’t need any adjustments. Printed with ABS on 265C. 0.2 layer height. 5 perimeters (for main body and hnadguard). 50% infill
