🌶️ Angry Chilli – Multicolour Desk Buddy The inspiration for this model came from wanting to continue my collection of fun, angry 3D-printed desk buddies . After creating Angry Spud and Angry Carrot, I thought it was time to turn up the heat with another vegetable character. That led to Angry Chilli — a chunky little character with a serious attitude, complete with an exaggerated angry expression, clenched fists, chunky feet and a curved green stem. The goal was to keep the design simple, recognisable and fun , while giving it enough character to really come alive when printed in multiple colours. 🌶️ Designed for Multicolour Printing Colour is an important part of the design. The bright red chilli body, green stem, white eyes and teeth, and black pupils create clearly defined areas that work particularly well with a multicolour printing system. The example shown was printed using red, green, white and black PLA filament , but the colour combinations can easily be changed to suit your own filament collection. The model is designed as a single-piece multicolour print , so there is no assembly required after printing. The different colours help bring out the character's angry expression and facial details while keeping the overall design clean and simple. 🖨️ Print Details The displayed model was printed on a Creality Hi using a multicolour setup. Print settings: Layer height: 0.16 mm Walls: 3 Infill: 15 -  20% Supports: On – Tree Organic Material: PLA 💡 Printing Tips A 0.16 mm layer height is recommended to capture the facial details, angry eyebrows, teeth and curved features of the character. Supports are recommended for areas that require additional support during printing. Make sure your first layer is well adhered, particularly around the character's feet. The multicolour appearance can be recreated using your preferred filament combination, allowing you to give Angry Chilli your own unique look. The red, green, white and black colour combination gives the character plenty of contrast and helps make the facial expression really stand out. 🌶️ Bring on the Heat Angry Chilli is designed as a fun desk buddy and display piece , and works particularly well alongside my Angry Spud and Angry Carrot as part of a growing collection of grumpy vegetable characters. Because apparently vegetables aren't allowed to just sit quietly on the desk anymore. This project combines simple character design, multicolour printing and a bit of humour to turn an ordinary chilli into a character that looks like he's ready to start a fight with absolutely anyone. And yes... he probably thinks he's the hottest one in the collection. 🔥 Designed, printed and tested by JunkHouse 3D.
